Do you buy medical equipment?
We do not typically buy medical equipment. If you have some equipment that you are looking to get rid of we often take donations of good used equipment and make them available to someone at a significant discount.
Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?
We do not accept any form of insurance billing. We can often save you money over what you would pay with your co-pay or deductible. We have seen the insurance world change over the past 10 years and most items are not longer covered by insurance programs. Our focus is you and not the insurance company and all the paperwork that goes along with it.
Do you do repairs on medical equipment?
Can I just buy parts from you?
Yes we do. We are one of the few places around that provides expert repair services on most medical equipment. We repair mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, hospital beds, lift chairs, hoyer lifts, manual wheelchairs, walkers, rollators and so much more.

Yes you can. We stock tons of parts for your medical equipment. From batteries to tires, caps and handgrips. We have most parts in stock and if we don't we can order it.
I'm having trouble find a product. Can you order it for me?
Absolutely. We work with hundreds of vendors and can typically find the product you need at a great price.
Do you sell to the public?
We do. You can call us or visit our retail showroom in Vancouver, Washington just minutes from Portland, Oregon.
What items can I rent from you?
We rental Wheelchairs in 16", 18", 20", 22", and 24" sizes (subject to availability), Knee Walkers (Knee Scooters), Hospital Beds, Walkers, Over bed Tables, Power Mobility Scooters and Crutches. All items are subject to availability and first come first served. Delivery is available on all rental items (fee applies). Learn more about our rental programs.
What training programs do you offer?
Co-Located with our retail store is our training center where we provide CPR and First Aid Training programs, Blood Borne Pathogens Training as well as emergency responder training. We work with various partners and can provide almost any safety training class from the very basic to the most advanced courses. Contact us for more details on our training classes.
